The DA31 series emergency stop safety relay is designed specifically for the safety control of mechanical equipment and production lines, complying with EN/ISO13849-1 Cat.4 safety requirements, and can be used to construct high-performance safety circuits. Internally, a verified dual channel safety monitoring circuit is used, combined with a forced guiding contact structure, to reliably identify and maintain a safe closed state in case of any channel or contact point failure, avoiding the risk of single point failure.
The module provides 3 normally open safety contacts (3NO) and 1 normally closed safety contact (1NC), with a maximum switching capacity of 12A, suitable for interlocking control of various safety inputs such as emergency stop button, safety light curtain, safety door lock, and two hand button. The transistor signal output current is less than 500mA/24VDC, which can be sent as a status feedback signal to PLC or upper computer to achieve safety status monitoring. Response time less than 30ms, fast and reliable from input action to safety output cut-off, effectively shortening the dangerous stopping distance.
The power supply is 24VDC, with a voltage tolerance of+10% to+20%, and the overall power consumption is about 2.9W. The electrical life can reach 80000 times, the impulse withstand voltage is 2.5kV, the pollution level is level 2, and it can still work stably in industrial environments with -25 ℃ to+85 ℃ and 35% to 85% RH (non freezing and non condensing). The shell material is flame-retardant PA66, with a protection level of IP30 for the shell and IP20 for the terminals. It is recommended to install it in an electrical control cabinet with a protection level of IP54 or above, and quickly install it with a standard 35mm DIN rail buckle.
The DA31 series is equipped with three types of LED indicator lights: power supply, input, and output, which facilitate quick on-site judgment of work and fault status; Automatic or manual reset modes can be selected to meet the needs of ordinary emergency stop circuits, as well as to adapt to safety functions such as light curtains and door locks that require manual confirmation. With a compact size of 112mm × 99.5mm × 22.6mm and a weight of approximately 172g, it is easy to arrange in a small electrical control cabinet and is an ideal choice for emergency stop safety control of stamping, machine tools, packaging, logistics, robots and other equipment.
