DK-D461 strip photoelectric switch is a high-performance photoelectric sensor designed specifically for detecting narrow or linear areas, providing two output forms: DK-D461NPN/DK-D461PNP. Adopting a distance setting reflective detection method, the effective detection distance can reach within 200mm. It is equipped with a 4mm bar shaped red LED light-emitting element (up to 100mm in length) to form a slender light spot, which is particularly suitable for detecting the presence/passage of small workpieces on conveyor lines, detecting the side of bottles and cans, confirming the sealing position, and performing in place detection on various guide rails and slides.

In terms of accuracy, the repeatability of DK-D461 along the detection axis can reach below 1mm, and the repeatability in the vertical direction is below 0.2mm; The deviation distance is less than 2% of the action distance, and the response time for action and reset does not exceed 1ms, which can meet the requirements of high-speed assembly line counting, sorting, and position control. In situations of continuous high tempo movements, stable switch points and good repeatability can still be maintained, reducing false positives and missed detections.

In terms of electrical performance, the working power supply of the sensor is DC12-24V, allowing a ripple of ± 10% (P-P), with a typical consumption current of less than 30mA. The output is NPN/PNP collector open circuit, with a maximum load voltage of DC26.4V, a maximum load current of 100mA, and a residual voltage of no more than 1V. It can be directly connected to standard industrial control systems such as PLC, relays, or counters. The action mode supports adjustable normally open/normally closed, making it convenient to flexibly select according to the original circuit habits on site. The front panel is equipped with a red action indicator light and a green power indicator light, making it easy to quickly determine the working and fault status on site, and easy to debug and maintain at a glance. Built in power reverse protection and output short circuit protection effectively prevent damage caused by misconnection and abnormal load.

In terms of structure and protection, the DK-D461 shell adopts a PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) transparent shell and a sturdy resin base combination, with an overall protection level of IEC-IP65, which can prevent dust and water splashes and is suitable for various industrial sites. The allowable ambient illumination of the light receiving surface is below 3000Lux for incandescent lamps and below 10000Lux for sunlight, with good suppression ability for ambient light. The working temperature range is -25~+55 ℃, the storage temperature is -40~+70 ℃, the working humidity is 35-85% RH, and the storage humidity is 35-95% RH (both require no freezing or condensation), suitable for long-term stable use in most factory environments.

In terms of reliability, the insulation resistance between each terminal of the sensor and the housing is not less than 20M Ω, and it has passed the AC1000V, 50/60Hz, 1-minute withstand voltage test. The vibration tolerance level is 10-55Hz, with a double amplitude of 1.5mm (maximum 50G), and lasts for 2 hours in each of the X, Y, and Z directions; The impact withstand acceleration is 2500m/s ² (approximately 250G), with 3 times in each direction, ensuring reliable operation even in the presence of mechanical vibrations and occasional impacts. The product adopts a 2m lead type cable (0.2mm ² four core PVC sheath), which is easy to wire and has strong bending resistance. The overall weight of the machine is only about 60g, and the installation is lightweight and does not take up space.
