This long-distance laser ranging sensor adopts the principle of time-of-flight measurement and is designed specifically for medium to long distance displacement and distance detection. The range covers 10m, 20m, 30m, 50m, 100m, with multiple models to choose from, and the maximum measurement distance can reach 100 meters. Using Class II red semiconductor laser (660 ± 15nm, power ≤ 1mW), the measurement resolution reaches 1mm, and the comprehensive error is ± (2mm+d × one ten thousandth), ensuring high accuracy while also considering safety during use. The measurement frequency is 1Hz-40Hz, which can be flexibly set according to on-site requirements, balancing measurement speed and stability.

The output methods are very diverse, which can realize digital+switch or analog+digital combination output. The analog supports various ranges such as 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-24mA, etc., making it convenient to directly connect to PLC, frequency converter, analog module or upper computer; Two channel transistor switch output, with a maximum DC of 36V and 0.5A, can be used for control such as position in place and over limit alarm. The communication interface RS232/RS485 is switchable and supports bus networking. Up to 64 devices can be mounted simultaneously, with each instrument having an independent station number. It is suitable for logistics warehousing, three-dimensional warehouses, material level monitoring, and centralized production line monitoring systems.

The power supply range of the whole machine is DC15-30V, with a power consumption of less than 3W and a protection level of IP67. The die cast aluminum alloy shell is sturdy and durable, and the body size is about 88.45 × 40 × 59.3mm. It is suitable for long-term operation in industrial environments with -10 ℃~50 ℃ and 20%~85% RH. Built in overheat protection function, automatically shuts off measurement when the body temperature exceeds 70 ℃, and automatically restarts after temperature recovery, further improving system reliability. This laser ranging sensor is particularly suitable for crane positioning, storage location detection, bin level control, distance and displacement measurement of steel and mechanical processing production lines, and is an ideal choice for medium to long distance high-precision detection applications.
