The 2D TOF obstacle avoidance LiDAR series (DLD05A3-3N/3P, DLD20A5-5N/5P) adopts 905 nm Class I laser and TOF time-of-flight ranging technology, providing 270 ° wide field of view 2D scanning and achieving reliable target detection of 0.05-5 m/0.05-20 m. The device supports scanning frequencies of 15 Hz/30 Hz and angular resolutions of 0.1 °/0.3 °, with a typical measurement error of ± 30 mm. It can effectively identify obstacles of various shapes, providing stable obstacle avoidance and area monitoring capabilities for AGV/AMR, unmanned handling vehicles, service robots, and industrial site safety protection.

The radar has a built-in environment self-learning function, which can generate monitoring areas through automatic scanning. It supports up to 16 area group configurations, with each area group containing 3 independent sub areas, achieving multi area, hierarchical triggering and fine control. Provide NPN/PNP switch output and status indication, support DC 9-28 V power supply and DC 30 V/50 mA external load drive, with a minimum response time of 66 ms, meeting the real-time needs of high-speed mobile devices. The overall volume of the machine is 50 × 50 × 76 mm, with a weight of approximately 150 g and an IP65 protection level. It has excellent resistance to vibration and environmental light, and is suitable for long-term stable operation in complex industrial environments.
