The UL series 2-in-1 material rack and uncoiler is an automated equipment that integrates material feeding and straightening functions

The UL series 2-in-1 material rack and uncoiling and straightening machine is an automated equipment that integrates multiple functions such as material rack, uncoiling, straightening, and feeding. Specifically designed for metal coil stamping production lines, the equipment can be directly matched with punching machines, shearing machines, and various forming equipment to achieve automatic feeding, uncoiling, straightening, and stable feeding of coil materials. It is widely used in industries such as automotive parts, hardware products, and electrical stamping parts. By using one set of equipment, processes that could previously be completed by multiple machines can now be accomplished, significantly saving space and labor costs.

The entire machine adopts an integrated base structure, compactly combining the feeding rack and straightening machine. It features good structural rigidity, easy installation, and low foundation requirements. The precision roller straightening system can effectively eliminate the internal stress and wave deformation of the coil material, ensuring stable flatness of the sheet material before entering the punching machine, reducing burrs and wrinkles caused by die stamping, and improving the pass rate of finished products. With frequency control and PLC control, the feeding speed can be precisely set according to different mold rhythms, achieving continuous, stable, and synchronous conveyance.

In terms of safety and reliability, the UL series comes standard with devices such as overload protection, emergency stop buttons, material bending arms, and photoelectric/inductive detection, which monitor the tension of the coil material and the position of the material loop in real time. When there is abnormal tensioning or slackening, the speed is automatically adjusted to avoid belt breakage or slipping. The electrical components are selected with industrial-grade configurations, providing strong load-bearing capacity and long-term operational stability. The equipment features an environmentally friendly design with low noise and low energy consumption, making it suitable for long-term continuous production.

Based on the on-site process, we offer multiple models including UL-200, UL-300, UL-400, UL-500, UL-600, UL-700, and UL-800, accommodating coils of varying widths and thicknesses. The typical applicable coil width ranges from approximately 200mm to 800mm, with thicknesses from 0.35mm to 2.2mm (some models can accommodate thicknesses from 0.5mm to 3.0mm). The standard core inner diameter is approximately 450mm to 530mm, with a maximum outer diameter of about 1200mm. The maximum load capacity can reach 800kg to 5000kg. The standard feeding speed is about 15m/min, equipped with a 1-7HP motor drive. The appropriate power and model can be selected based on product material and process requirements, and colors and configurations can also be customized according to customer needs.

The typical workflow of the UL series two-in-one material shelf straightening machine is as follows: First, the coil material is clamped onto the material shelf drum, and it is manually or hydraulically expanded and tensioned to precisely match the inner diameter of the coil core. The uncoiling mechanism is then activated, and the coil material is smoothly released under tension control. After being repeatedly squeezed by multiple sets of upper and lower straightening rollers, the bending and wavy edges are eliminated, gradually flattening the material. Subsequently, the straightened sheet enters the feeding section and is conveyed to the punch or downstream equipment at a set linear speed. The PLC can achieve step feeding or continuous feeding based on the punch signal. The entire process is continuous and automatic, capable of continuously converting large rolls of sheet material into high-flatness sheet material with thicknesses ranging from about 0.35 to 2.2 mm. This significantly enhances the automation level and overall efficiency of the stamping production line, making it an ideal solution for uncoiling and straightening medium-thick and thin coil materials.
